Alan was truly a professional, went above and beyond for our home inspection. Before we even arrived to the inspection he had went to work to walk the roof and pointed out major safety hazards that we feel would have been missed by other inspectors. I had a pre-listing home inspection done with Chosen Safe Home Inspections and I couldn't be more pleased with the process! My inspector Alan was right on time, very polite, and respectful. I gave him a quick tour and he went right to work. He got into every nook and cranny tested everything and took tons of pictures. At the end he took me around to point out a few items so I wouldn't be surprised when I saw the report.
What I didn't expect was how thorough a report I would get! My Chosen Safe Home Inspection report is something of a treasure. The report breaks down my list into categories like; hazardous, marginal, maintenance item, functional, to be monitored...etc. so I can easily see how the buyers will see it AND I can even show it to the repair companies I hire. I feel so much more prepared! I even learned my fridge wasn't equally cooling my food, yikes!
I am happy to give Alan a 5 star review and will be telling all my friends about it! Money well spent before selling, thank you!
